This will hopefully guide you through the use of the WS FTP-Pro program
*NOTE* WHEN INSTALLING clik or 'say' yes to add EXPLORER icon to desktop* Now-First you should see an icon on your desktop that looks like this...



double click on that and when it opens you will see this



now we are looking for your file(s) that you want to upload so we click on the 'my computer' to find our file


Now we see a list of our folders on the computer.See?



now C or D or even A I suppose-mine is on C, so I click on C for these screen shots--then My Documents--then my NuttinbutSunshine folder--then my NuttyBuddy folder-- See my NuttyBuddy files there now on the right side of the screen?




Now single click on the file, if you want to upload more than one file hold down the shift key and click on more files. Now you see they are highlighted?
NOW go to the top bar where you see EDIT and it drops down-use the mouse to hit COPY. Now use the scroll bar and scroll down toward the bottom where you see the WS-FTPPro and double click on it.
If you have your sound up about now you will hear the sound of a train coming.



It opens and you see my sites-click on that. If you have created more than one 'site' click on the one you have labeled Nuttinbutsunshine or the one you want to FTP TO! Now our site has opened and to get to the folders we need to click open the folder called HTML.

 

It opens up and displays all the folders . For our purposes here I am uploading to our site. We now see our list of folders.See them?




NOW comes the most important part. FIND YOUR folder. I am looking for the NuttyBuddys folder- Now I am going to double click on that and it will open. On the right I will see the list of whats in there.



NOW I go back to the top bar to EDIT and click PASTE. At this time there is a bunch of 'activity' across the bottom of 'our' screen as it uploads and you will be hearing a tweedle le dee sound. When its finished you will see a message down there thats says so!

and now you have ftp'd using WS FTP PRO!!!Congratulations!!!
